We opened with the idea of setting ourselves apart by preparing only meats and vegetables. Our locals fell in love with us and asked us to please serve seafood. So they could still eat with us when they were craving it. Hesitantly we did, starting with only Flounder on Friday nights. Now we feature Fried Shrimp, Fried Flounder, and Fried Scallops all day, every day. We are so glad that we did this for them. Our Seafood dishes continue to grow in popularity. “Gravy Southern Eatery Inc.” has been shortened to “Gravy” by our patrons and it was just meant to be. Gravy Inc. has had a great deal of improvements made to the look and feel of the interior and exterior over the years, now it feels so comfy and relaxed “We Love It.” Even with the changes the food and recipe’s continue to be the same as ever with only a few tweaks here and there. Gravy Southern Eatery Inc. is committed to serving a great meal at an affordable price, made the old fashioned way. Most of our dishes are made from scratch and as ordered. Our rustic decor and friendly servers create a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. We believe that if you leave happy and full we have met our goal.
